Dominique Ingram brings 12 years of financial services experience to her role as Client Service & Operations Specialist at GEM Asset Management. She oversees client onboarding, account maintenance, and service workflows, with a consistent focus on improving internal processes and the overall client experience. Her approach is proactive and solutions-oriented, supporting both advisor productivity and the clients they serve.

Dominique began her career at Advance Capital, joining as a receptionist and quickly advancing to Compliance Administrator. From there, she joined Bloomfield Investment Group, where she was promoted to Client Operations Manager, overseeing all client service and operations for their Michigan office before taking on the same responsibilities for their Texas office. She returned to Michigan and continued building her knowledge in client service and operations before joining GEM.

Outside the office, Dominique volunteers with Forgotten Harvest and Habitat for Humanity. She is a mother of four and enjoys cooking, going to the movies, swimming, and a growing interest in health and wellness.
