Adele Kemp is the Director of Client Experience at GEM Asset Management, where she owns the full client journey from onboarding through ongoing service. Her work spans client outreach, marketing strategy, and organizational operations, with a consistent focus on making every interaction with GEM straightforward and worthwhile.

Before joining GEM, Adele built her professional foundation at Cintas, where she completed their Management Trainee program and went on to serve as a Sales Territory Manager. That background in relationship development and client-facing sales translates directly to how she approaches her work today.

Adele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University, where she also competed as a Division II collegiate basketball player. She is currently pursuing additional coursework in financial planning, with the goal of becoming a Financial Advisor.
